New opportunity to join our HR Team! We are currently recruiting for a 12-month fixed-term Human Resources Business Partner, covering maternity leave. As HRBP, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, delivering both strategic and operational HR support across the UK, Ireland and France. You will partner closely with business leaders to drive organisational performance, employee engagement, talent development and organisational effectiveness, while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
Specific duties include:
- Business Partnering & Management Support: Partner with leaders and managers to provide expert HR advice, guidance and coaching on all people-related matters. Support business objectives through the development and implementation of people plans aligned to organisational strategy. Build effective relationships across the business and act as a trusted advisor to management teams.
- Employment Law & Employee Relations: Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practices across the UK, Ireland and France. Advise and support managers on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, performance management and organisational change. Manage complex employee relations cases in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Organisational Development & Change: Partner with business leaders to support organisational design, workforce planning and restructuring activities. Support the planning and execution of organisational change initiatives, ensuring alignment of people, processes and business objectives.
- Learning, Development & Performance: Support the design, delivery and evaluation of learning and development initiatives. Partner with leaders to embed a high-performance culture through effective performance management processes.
- Employee Engagement & Wellbeing: Lead employee engagement initiatives, including employee surveys, listening groups and employee forums. Support leaders in developing and implementing action plans arising from employee feedback.
- Recruitment & Talent: Partner with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment, onboarding and employer branding initiatives. Support hiring managers with workforce planning, job descriptions, interview processes and selection activities for key roles.
- Digital HR & Continuous Improvement: Support the development and implementation of digital HR solutions and practices that improve efficiency, employee experience and compliance. Identify opportunities to streamline and improve HR processes and ways of working.
- HR Metrics & Reporting: Produce and analyse HR metrics and reports to provide meaningful insights and support business decision-making. Monitor key people indicators including turnover, absence, engagement and performance.
About You:
- Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or similar generalist role
- Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations (multi-country experience desirable)
- Experience supporting organisational change and transformation
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-site or regional environment
- Analytical mindset with experience using HR data and insights
- Experience with HR systems (Workday preferred)
- CIPD Level 5+ (or equivalent experience)
