As a Delivery Driver at Covetrus, you\’ll play a vital role in our mission to provide exceptional service to our valued customers. Duties of a Relief Delivery Driver
- Efficient and accurate delivery of orders to multiple customers across various locations.
- Maintaining positive and professional relationships with all customers.
- Cross-checking orders.
- Collections of returns.
- Providing feedback to customer services regarding any issues or inaccuracies.
- Daily vehicle checks and monthly cleaning.
- Warehouse duties including moving stock, parcel sortation, wrapping pallets, and loading.
Experience
- Experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous, along with previous delivery driving responsibilities.
- Experience with multiple drops when delivering and the ability to navigate to new and unfamiliar locations easily.
- Experience with a Zebra scanner (not essential).
- Positive interpersonal abilities.
- Reliability.
- Clean Driver\’s license, including C1 & D1 criteria.
Education:
Basic literacy and numeracy are essential for covering the core duties of the role.
