What you'll do

We are hiring a Senior Manager, Performance Marketing to lead acquisition, lifecycle and B2B marketing at CoVet. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role. You will own the full funnel from first click to paying subscriber and beyond, set the testing agenda, and run the daily and weekly operating rhythm against target, taking day-to-day ownership of performance. You will:

  • Own paid acquisition strategy and budget across search, paid social and other channels, by market and by channel.
  • Hold cost per sign-up and cost per subscription as spend scales, through disciplined testing, creative iteration and channel mix.
  • Lead lifecycle marketing, so that more sign-ups activate, convert and stay.
  • Set up and run a structured testing programme across channels, landing pages, onboarding and email.
  • Build the forecasting and pacing routine that tells the business, daily and weekly, where we stand against target and what we are changing.
  • Manage, coach and grow a team of five.
  • Report performance clearly to the head of marketing, with a point of view on what to do next.

Cross-functional collaboration

This role will work closely with:

  • Head of Marketing: to set strategy, priorities and budget, and to report against plan.
  • Analytics and CRO: to define measurement, attribution and test design, and to act on what the data shows.
  • Product Marketing: to improve activation and conversion from sign-up to first use.
  • Design: to brief and iterate creative at the volume paid media needs.
  • Sales, Enterprise and RevOps: to align on lead definitions, handoffs and pipeline.
  • Regional and content teams: to localize campaigns so they work in-market.

What success looks like

In this role, success means the paid programme scales several times over without losing efficiency. It means the business always knows where acquisition stands against target and why, and that conversion improves at every stage of the funnel. You should expect to be measured on sign-ups and subscriptions against target, cost per acquisition, funnel conversion, retention outcomes from lifecycle work, and the strength of the team you build.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is:

  • An experienced performance marketing leader, with a track record of scaling paid acquisition budgets several times over while holding efficiency.
  • Deeply hands-on with paid search and paid social platforms, and able to go into the account themselves.
  • Strong in funnel analysis, attribution and experimentation, and comfortable with numbers as the basis for decisions.
  • Experienced in lifecycle and email marketing, and how it lifts conversion and retention.
  • A proven people manager who can coach an experienced team and build management depth.
  • Able to run a clear operating rhythm and communicate performance plainly.
  • Comfortable with the pace and ambiguity of a fast-growing company.

Preferred experience

  • B2B or B2B2C SaaS with a self-serve or product-led motion.
  • Healthtech, medtech, AI or another regulated or professional audience.
  • Running acquisition across many markets and languages at once.
  • Working with enterprise and partner channels alongside self-serve.
  • Working with BigQuery, HubSpot, Looker Studio or similar tools.

Why this role matters

This role turns CoVet's growth ambition into a predictable engine. It gives the marketing team a dedicated leader for acquisition and lifecycle, and gives the business confidence that every dollar of spend is working as hard as it can.

Why Join Us

  • Flexible remote-first work environment.
  • Competitive compensation.
  • Generous vacation and time-off policies.
  • Opportunities for professional development and career growth.
  • A culture built on trust, collaboration, and impact.
