Join our team as a Finance Manager, International Accounting and play a key role in supporting financial reporting and governance across our international operations (EULAM and APAC). You will work closely with regional teams to ensure the integrity, consistency and accuracy of financial information across the group.

What you’ll be doing

  • Partnering with regional finance teams to ensure timely, accurate reporting
  • Leading the monthly and quarterly reporting cycle across multiple markets
  • Reviewing balance sheet reconciliations, P&L movements, and consolidation packs
  • Owning and strengthening financial controls (SOX-aligned) across the group
  • Bridging statutory reporting with US GAAP requirements
  • Overseeing audits and building strong relationships with external auditors
  • Managing intercompany accounting and cross-border complexities
  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Driving process improvements, especially through automation and smarter use of tools
  • Working closely with Tax, Controllers, and global finance teams on wider initiatives

What we’re looking for

  • Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CPA or equivalent)
  • Strong experience in international accounting within a multinational environment
  • Solid understanding of IFRS and/or US GAAP
  • Experience working with controls and governance frameworks (SOX or similar)
  • Comfortable navigating multi-entity, multi-country complexity
  • Able to challenge, influence and bring people with you
  • Not essential, but useful: Exposure to US-listed organisations
  • Experience working across EMEA/APAC regions
  • Background in distribution, wholesale or supply chain environments
  • Involvement in M&A or business transformation projects
