The Role
As a Strategic Relationship Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, developing and delivering short, medium, and long term plans for key corporates, buying groups, and charities. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Relationships, you’ll lead the charge in acquiring new accounts, driving profitability, and strengthening retention through Covetrus’ full suite of products and services. This is a high-impact role for a commercially savvy professional who can blend strategic insight with hands-on execution.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Actively seek new and emerging partnerships to drive business growth; and provide solutions to prospective customers.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow market share; revenue and business profitability of existing partners.
- Forge long-term relationships with corporates, GPOs, universities, e-commerce partners, and charities.
- Lead negotiations on terms, pricing, and service delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and customer support to deliver tailored solutions.
- Identify and act on growth opportunities through data-driven insights and market intelligence.
