Key Objectives & Responsibilities
- Offer and present insurance solutions for both renewals and new business
- Foster team performance through regular communication and problem‑solving
- Identify cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities to enhance client coverage
- Achieve or exceed agreed volumes of quotes, sales, and income from various marketing sources
- Understand client business operations, risks, and approach to risk management
- Ensure compliance with local procedures, customer service standards, and FCA regulations
