Join our dynamic 5-star rated Renewals Team and make a real impact! Reporting to our Renewals Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining and growing customer relationships while ensuring our clients get the best possible terms. Providing top-notch insurance advice, managing the renewal process and collaborating with our New Business and Client Support Teams. You'll also get to flex your marketing muscle by identifying exciting opportunities through lead generation, cross-sales, and referrals. Key Objectives & Responsibilities
- Master inbound calls, live chat, and emails like a pro
- Spot and suggest gaps in cover to boost our offerings
- Guide clients through the renewal process with ease
- Collaborate with Underwriters to secure the best terms for our clients
- Discover new markets, untapped schemes and opportunities to fuel our growth
- Stay organised and ensure compliance is always spot-on
About You
Are you a team player with a knack for innovation and collaboration? Can you confidently handle verbal and written communications at a business level? We’re looking for someone positive and diligent who believes in working hard and playing hard. Insurance experience is a must (Commercial preferred, but personal line considered). You will have or be:
- 2 years Insurance background
- Love thinking outside the box and being part of a close-knit team
- Enthusiastic and optimist with an eye for detail
- Experience of using Microsoft office and ideally Acturis
- Proven record of smashing targets
- Cert CII qualification desired, if not we’ll sponsor you
- Maths and English GCSE grade 5/C or above minimum
- Self-motivated and thrives under pressure
