Join our dynamic award-winning customer service department and make a real impact. Reporting to our Client Support Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining and growing customer relationships while ensuring our office runs like clockwork. Your tasks will include offering top-notch insurance advice, managing claims, and collaborating with the wider branch. You'll also get to flex your marketing muscles by engaging on social media and identifying exciting opportunities through lead generation, cross-sales, and referrals. Responsibilities
- Master inbound calls, live chat, and emails like a pro
- Spot and suggest new product lines to boost our offerings
- Guide clients through policy adjustments to binding cover with ease
- Team up with Underwriters and claims handlers to get the best results for our clients
- Engage on social media to boost brand awareness and business growth
- Stay on top of daily tasks to ensure compliance is always spot-on

Requirements
- Insurance background essential
- Love thinking outside the box and being part of a close-knit work family
- Enthusiastic and optimistic with an eye for detail
- Experience of using Microsoft Office and ideally Acturis
- Proven record of smashing targets
- Cert CII qualification desired, if not we’ll sponsor you
- Maths and English GCSE grade 5/C or above minimum
- Self-motivated and thrives under pressure
