Key objectives & responsibilities
- Spot and seize opportunities: Identify cross‑selling and up‑selling chances for new and existing clients, use team‑provided leads and innovate new ways to boost volume.
- Insurance whisperer: Deliver outstanding service by truly understanding our client’s business operations, opportunities and risks.
- The Negotiator: Work your magic with Underwriters to secure the best rates for our clients.
- Market Explorer: Discover new markets, untapped schemes and opportunities to fuel our business growth.
- Compliance Champion: Stay organised and ensure we always meet compliance benchmarks.
