£35,000+ depending on experience + bonus

The Role

As a Commercial Account Executive, you’ll be a key part of our Commercial team, managing and developing a portfolio of commercial clients across risks including Property Owners and Commercial Combined. You’ll work closely with experienced senior leaders who genuinely want to see you succeed. You’ll be encouraged to grow your book, identify cross‑selling and referral opportunities, and build long‑term client relationships based on trust and understanding—not transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow and develop a portfolio of commercial clients through new business and renewals
  • Handle new business, renewals, and mid‑term adjustments
  • Take the time to understand clients’ businesses, risks, and future plans
  • Liaise with underwriters to secure competitive, tailored solutions
  • Identify cross‑selling opportunities to maximise account value
  • Manage your workload effectively to ensure regulatory compliance at all times

  • Experience selling and/or handling Commercial Combined, Property, and Liability risks
  • Experience dealing with commercial clients
