Key Responsibilities
- Working with our clients to deliver outstanding customer service and administer insurance policies
- Achieve and exceed realistic targets for renewals, retention, and customer satisfaction

- Support clients with queries, policy changes, and advice across a range of insurance products
About You
As one of our Insurance Sales Administrators, you’ll receive full training and support, with the chance to gain industry-recognised qualifications such as Cert CII. You should naturally have:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A confident telephone manner
- Drive and enthusiasm to learn and develop within insurance
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Ideally, experience in insurance or financial services (personal lines such as home or motor is a plus)
