General Manager of Operations & Growth Coversure BYB Group Lead. Over the past three years we've proudly been recognised as Yorkshire Insurance Broker of the Year, but we're not interested in standing still. To help us achieve that vision, we're looking for an exceptional Head of Operations & Growth.
This is not a traditional management role. Reporting directly to the Directors, you'll take ownership of the operational performance of the business, ensuring our people, processes and service standards continue to evolve as we grow.
- Mentor future leaders and support succession planning.
- Lead the day-to-day operational performance of the business.
- Monitor performance against business objectives, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Help shape the future structure of the business as we continue to expand.
Commercial Performance
- Understand the drivers of business performance and contribute towards achieving ambitious growth objectives.
- Use data and management information to support informed decision-making.
- Encourage a culture where commercial awareness and exceptional customer outcomes work hand in hand.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- High levels of integrity, professionalism and emotional intelligence.
Experience within commercial insurance or financial services would be advantageous, but we're equally interested in exceptional leaders from other professional service environments who can demonstrate transferable leadership, operational and commercial skills.
