We are recruiting an experienced HGV Technician to join our in-house workshop maintaining our own fleet of commercial vehicles. This is a Monday–Friday, days-only role with no night shifts or weekend work, offering a stable and predictable working environment. Unlike many HGV roles, you will be working on a local, well-maintained fleet within our own workshop — no long-distance travel or constant roadside pressure.
- Servicing, inspections and routine maintenance of HGV/LGV vehicles
- PMI inspections and MOT preparation
- Fault finding and repairs (mechanical and basic electrical)
- Supporting the upkeep of a clean and safe workshop
Experience: Working on HGVs or commercial vehicles
Knowledge: Inspections, servicing and MOT prep
HGV licence: Desirable but not essential
Salary: Competitive salary (£45k–£48k DOE)
