We are Coveris, a leading European print & packaging company and we are looking for a new pre press operative to join the team at our Boston site. Over £24 million has been invested over the last 3 years into next generation Paper manufacturing capabilities. Job Role: Pre Press/Make Ready Operative Location: Lealand Way, Boston Shift Pattern: Triple Shift – Week 1: Monday-Thursday 06:00-14:00, Friday 06:00-13:00 Week 2: Sunday 23:00-06:00 Monday-Thursday 22:00-06:00 Week 3: Monday-Thursday 14:00-22:00 Friday 13:00-20:00 Pay Rates: £13.98ph Benefits: A holiday entitlement scheme which is progressive with the length of service. Free, expert pension advice, life cover at four times basic annual salary, employee benefits hub, cycle to work scheme, Christmas savings scheme, enhanced maternity & paternity, amongst other employee benefits Candidate must be able to drive for this role Key Responsibilities: (These are only a few of the of principle tasks) Main focus of the role is to ensure all tooling, plates and cutters are available at press at the beginning of a job Have a clear understanding of shift patterns and importance of good timekeeping Be aware of Coveris responsibilities within the label industry, and the importance of giving clear information Adhere to company policies, procedures and systems within area of responsibility.
