We have facilities across the UK and would like new talent to join our team. Job Role: Packing Operative – Full time & Permanent Location: Wisbech Shift Pattern: The enticing continental shift pattern, which involves working a mix of 12-hour day and night shifts. This leads to working an average of 13 shifts per month, with 8 days off at the end of your rotation. Pay Rates: £11.44 ph + £89.25 per week shift supplement. Benefits: A holiday entitlement scheme which is progressive with the length of service. Free, expert pension advice, life cover at four times basic annual salary among other staff rewards. Successful applicants are able to work with minimal supervision, with ability to problem solve. We are looking for proactive, positive and enthusiastic people, with a can-do attitude. You should be someone who wants to continually improve and are friendly, approachable and a team player
