We have facilities across the UK and are looking for new talent to join our team in Burnley. This hands-on role is responsible for setting up and operating laminating machinery and related equipment to meet customer specifications, quality standards, and production targets. You’ll maintain a safe, clean and 5S-compliant workspace, complete all required production documentation, and carry out quality checks and adjustments to keep products within specification.
You’ll support the wider department by providing break and holiday cover, assisting with machine changeovers, and contributing to continuous improvement, including waste-reduction initiatives and machine optimisation. The role also involves participating in hygiene and compliance audits, helping with day-to-day organisation, and training operators where appropriate. Full training will be provided.

Shift Pattern: The attractive shift pattern involves working a mix of 12-hour day and night shifts working an average of 14 shifts per month.
Salary: Starting at £29,127 per annum you can increase your salary as you progress through our bespoke training programme.
