We’re recruiting for a HR Administrator to join our HR department based at Coveris in Spalding. Suitable candidates would have great attention to detail, demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude and be a team player.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the HR Department is provided with an effective and professional administrative support, enabling an efficient response to be provided to existing, new and potential members of staff, within the Coveris Group.
  • Create new starter packs and handbooks for all new starters. Proactively monitor outstanding induction documentation and new starter documentation.
  • Stock control within the office.
  • Assist with the organisation of the filing room, filing and audit preparation.
  • Ensure new fobs are assigned a number to the back. Issue all new starters with a fob using Net2. Order new fobs/lanyards with reception.
  • Ensure HR Systems are kept up to date with all employees' personal details, ensuring all changes are updated accurately.
  • Assist in responding to daily calls coming into the HR department and answering the intercom for deliveries.
  • Co-ordinate updates from existing employees to ensure that all right to work, contracts and working time regulations are recorded in files at the front. Raise any missing documents to the relevant HR Advisor.
  • Attend career and job fairs alongside Recruitment.
  • Assist Recruitment with calling candidates to book in for pre-screens.
  • Ensure all ADP password resets are actioned.
  • Provide support and/or holiday cover for the Board/Rivendell Administrator and the Labels/Amberley Administrator.
  • Prepare the Eye Test/VDU forms for the employees.
  • Provide cover for postal duties when reception is not on site including sending recorded and special delivery items.
  • Raise PO’s and ensure invoices are processed in the correct manner.
  • Support the HR Admin Manager with absence logging.
  • Have a full understanding of the administrative department, its roles and responsibilities.
  • Assist with supporting the HR department with annual projects.
  • Undertake such duties as may be required by Coveris, which are reasonably commensurate with the level of the post.
