We have facilities across the UK and are looking for new talent to join our team in Burnley.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate the laminator machine to meet customer specifications and quality standards, in the most efficient way possible.
- Ensure that the workplace is tidy, clean, orderly, and according to 5s standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement by observing waste reduction opportunities and acting on them when applicable.
- Provide break cover to increase department overall performance.
- Set up and operate a variety of machinery and ancillary equipment.
- Monitor and maintain product specifications carrying out online adjustments as required.
- Accurately complete all production paperwork in a timely manner.
- Carry out quality tests and measurements and implement required corrective actions.
- Participate in hygiene and other audits.
- Assist with machine changeovers.
- Assist with day to day workplace organisation, planning, machine optimisation.
- Provide holiday cover where required.
- Train operators where appropriate.
Full training will be provided.

Shift Pattern: The attractive shift pattern involves working a mix of 12-hour day and night shifts working an average of 14 shifts per month.
Salary: Starting at £29,127 you can increase your salary as you progress through our bespoke training programme.
