The Role
Coveris is currently recruiting for a number of positions within our Conversion Department at our manufacturing site in Gainsborough, conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Morrisons.
Working as part of a team of up to 12 people, your responsibilities will include:
- Converting large master reels into smaller reels in line with customer specifications and requirements.
- Setting up and safely operating slitting machines to produce material to the required customer specification.
- Producing quality assurance (QA) samples for internal and external inspection.
- Following and adhering to all relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions.
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety and hygiene at all times.
- Ensuring quality products are produced efficiently and within required timescales.
- Carrying out general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Supporting other departmental activities as required.
- Undertaking any other duties that may reasonably be assigned by your Line Manager.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Previous experience within a manufacturing or FMCG environment would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.
