About the Role
As a Trainee Deputy Quality Manager, you’ll play a key part in maintaining high standards, supporting compliance, and ensuring products meet customer expectations. You’ll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of quality, technical, and operational activities, building a strong foundation for future progression within Quality, Technical, or Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain packaging specifications
- Complete supplier audit questionnaires
- Manage customer complaints and prepare responses
- Handle raw material rejections and credits
- Support compliance with BRCGS standards
- Conduct scheduled internal audits and trace audits
- Work with pest control partners
- Oversee calibration activities
- Deliver hygiene inductions and refresher training
You’ll collaborate with multiple departments and gain a broader understanding of site operations, and the role quality plays across the business.
