Salary: £80,000 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Clinical Registered Manager to lead our Care Home, ensuring the delivery of outstanding, person-centred care and maintaining the highest standards of clinical and operational excellence.
Essential Requirements
Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN and experience of medication management,
Level 5 Management NVQ (or equivalent)
Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within a care home setting
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
Excellent leadership of supervising & leading a senior team, managing clinical staff, communication, and organisational skills
An understanding of safeguarding adults at risk
Understanding of key care
Essential Experience
Experience of managing in a care home setting.
Experience of caring for individuals with dementia.
Experience Medication management.
Experience of supervising & leading a senior team.
Experience of managing clinical staff.
Understanding of safeguarding adults at risk.
Understanding of regulations & legislation within the care profession.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day management of the care home
Lead and support the clinical and care teams
Ensure high standards of care, safety, and compliance
Manage staffing, quality assurance, and occupancy levels
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
