We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Care Home Manager (Residential) to lead the effective day-to-day operation of our care home and ensure residents receive safe, high-quality, person-centred care. As the Registered Manager, you will ensure full compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) requirements, provide strong leadership to the care team, and create an inclusive, supportive environment where residents are happy, involved and respected.
You will oversee care planning, staffing, training, audits and budgets, while driving continuous improvement and positive engagement with families, professionals and the local community. You will be a confident, values-led leader who motivates teams, leads by example and understands what it means to make a meaningful difference to people’s lives.
Essential Qualifications & Requirements- NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent) – essential
- Must meet the requirements to be a Registered Manager with the CQC
- Proven experience of managing a residential care setting
- Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations, governance and Health & Safety
- Experience in staff management, training, audits and budget oversight
- Commitment to equality, diversity and person-centred care
- Hold a clean driving licence and have access to a vehicle during working hours
