We're Hiring: Catering Manager

Location: Across all sites in Shropshire & Telford & Wrekin

Hours: 37 hours per week (including weekends on a rota basis)

Pay: £16.71 per hour

Contract Type: Permanent

Are you a passionate and experienced catering professional ready to take the lead across multiple sites? We’re looking for a dynamic Catering Manager to oversee and enhance our food service operations across Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage catering teams across various locations
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
  • Manage budgets, and maintain compliance with food hygiene regulations
  • Support recruitment, training, and development of catering staff
  • Work flexibly, including weekends on a rota basis

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in catering management or similar leadership role
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to travel between sites with mileage paid at the rate of 40p per mile
  • A flexible approach to working hours
  • Food hygiene certification (Level 3 or above preferred)
