Hours: Up to 37 hours per week, may include weekends, bank holidays & evenings as required to meet service needs
On call: Secondary on call every other weekend.

Join our team and help us deliver exceptional care! Due to a change in the way we support our Care Home Leadership Teams, we’re looking for a proactive and hands‑on Care Home Support Officer, to work alongside our home management team. In this role, you’ll support day‑to‑day operations, help implement company standards, and ensure our residents receive the highest quality care.
Who are we looking for?
The position would be ideally suited to someone who has been a Care Home Manager, Deputy Manager or held a Senior Position in a care home who will provide support and understand the role and requirements of working in a care home. You must have a full driving licence and your own transport.
Qualifications
You must hold or be working towards NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care
What you’ll do:
- Assist the leadership team in running the home efficiently.
- Support audits, investigations, complaints, and safeguarding processes.
- Help roll out new policies and initiatives.
- Foster positive relationships with staff, residents, families, and external professionals.
- Provide deputy management cover when required.

- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead by example.
- Knowledge of care standards and a commitment to quality.
