We're Hiring: Catering Manager
Location: Across all sites in Shropshire & Telford & Wrekin
Hours: 37 hours per week (including weekends on a rota basis)
Pay: £16.71 per hour
Contract Type: Permanent
Are you a passionate and experienced catering professional ready to take the lead across multiple sites? Were looking for a dynamic Catering Manager to oversee and enhance our food service operations across Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin.
What Youll Do:
- Lead and manage catering teams across various locations
- Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Manage budgets, and maintain compliance with food hygiene regulations
- Support recruitment, training, and development of catering staff
- Work flexibly, including weekends on a rota basis
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience in catering management or similar leadership role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to travel between sites with mileage paid at the rate of 40p per mile
- A flexible approach to xiskglj working hours
- Food hygiene certification (Level 3 or above preferred)
