You’ll own people and culture responsibilities for a set client group managing performance, employee relations, engagement, talent management and learning
You’ll advise on all aspects of employee relations and navigate complex and escalated employee relations cases
You’ll promote a safe working environment by managing investigations of complaints and workplace incidents
You’ll drive the implementation of activities around improving engagement and culture
You’ll provide proactive consultancy support and strategic input to your client group on a range of People and Culture related matters
You’ll work closely with the regional leadership team to identify high performing team members and develop succession plans in line with the People and Culture strategy
You’ll own the end-to-end management of change projects to support higher talent capability and engagement within the business
You’ll monitor and ensure company and departmental compliance with instituted processes and regulatory obligations
You’ll have strong experience as a People and Culture Business Partner working across all levels of the organisation
You’ll have a strong employee relations background, with experience managing performance, investigations and grievances – experience of working in a unionised environment advantageous
You’ll have an interest and experience of delivering training sessions on a broad range of people and culture topics
You’ll have experience supporting organisational development activities such as succession planning and organisational design
You’ll have experience leading key organisational projects that cover both commercial and people matters
You’ll be a thought partner, with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
You’ll bring broad experience in delivering sustainable change that includes managing growth, enabling leadership to lead through change, and improving employee engagement
