We're looking for an experienced Senior Security Engineer to join our Cyber Security team in Uxbridge, London. You will support in implementing and continuously improving technical cyber security controls across multiple technology stacks, ensuring alignment to security frameworks. You will also lead the technical deployment of security capabilities to enhance our security posture and protection of digital information assets.

- You’ll implement and maintain security controls and solutions aligned with our cybersecurity strategy.
- You’ll lead a control uplift program based on NIST scoring to strengthen our security posture.
- You’ll drive continuous security improvements across people, processes, and technology.
- You’ll collaborate with vendors and regional teams to deliver security capabilities across global units.
- You’ll build internal security capability and promote a strong security culture organisation-wide.
- You’ll simplify complex security concepts for diverse stakeholders and foster strong cross-functional relationships.
What are we looking for?
- You’ll have proven technical hands-on experience as a Security Engineer, ideally within a complex, regulated environment.
- You’ll bring a solid understanding and experience in deploying and managing various Security technologies e.g. Crowdstrike, Vectra, ProofPoint, AWS WAF, Cloudflare WAF and Netskope.
- You’ll possess relevant Cyber industry certifications e.g. Security+, CISA, CISM.
- You’ll have demonstrated technical understanding and implementation experience of security controls aligned with ISO or NIST.
- You’ll have experience in helping companies to implement best practices, principles, and approaches regarding Cyber Security.
