What's the job?
- You will be responsible for gathering requirements and conducting workshops with key business stakeholders.
- You will translate business needs into Salesforce solutions and perform necessary data mapping, collaborating with technical teams and business units as needed.
- You will customize, configure, and manipulate Salesforce functionalities to meet business requirements.
- You will be involved in UAT, feature/sprint reviews, and support the adoption of new solutions.
- You will maintain the security, integrity, and overall health of the Salesforce platform.
- You will uphold and recommend Salesforce best practices.
- You will provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure follow-through until resolution.
- You will proactively recommend new features, improvements, and upgrades to optimize our implementation.
- You will use customer insights to guide business initiatives.
- You will ensure best practice customer initiatives are adopted and effectively applied.
- You will deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, in line with company guidelines, regulatory obligations, and SLAs.
- You will handle all confidential information in accordance with company and partner protocols and procedures.
- You will maintain high standards of customer relationship management.
- You will ensure all contact and interactions are of the highest standards, communicating clearly and appropriately with all stakeholders.
- You will collaborate with and provide regular reporting and updates to key stakeholders across the Cover-More Group.
- You will ensure all communication aligns with the delivery of our Brand Promise to stakeholders.
What are we looking for?
- You will bring proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant, Functional Consultant, or Business Analyst.
- You will ideally hold Salesforce Certifications, which are highly regarded.
- You will have applied experience, particularly with Service Cloud implementations and integrations.
- You will possess strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, configuration, data modelling, UI design, and process design.
- Proven ability to work in a complex Salesforce environment, utilizing problem solving skills to determine best fit solutions.
