So, what’s the job?
- You’ll manage the day to administration tasks and responsibilities of the COO & other managers, allowing them to focus on their core duties and strategic priorities
- You’ll carry out calendar Management
- You’ll manage and prioritise emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication on behalf of the executive as requested
- You’ll coordinate and arrange travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries for business trips, conferences, or meetings
- You’ll maintain accurate and organised records of all travel-related information, including itineraries, approvals, expenses, and contact details for relevant stakeholders
- You’ll provide administrative support when needed
- You’ll act as a gatekeeper by screening and managing access to executives
- You’ll address and resolve issues or challenges that may arise in the course of daily operations whilst maintaining confidentiality

- You’ll have previous experience in a similar role working at a PA level
- You’ll have experience working across multiple time-zones to co-ordinate a number of key stakeholders and activities
- You’ll have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- You’ll possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication skills, flexibility, & be a team collaborator
- You’ll have minute taking experience
- You’ll be proficient in MS Office applications (including PowerPoint and Excel)
- You’ll have the ability to travel (ad hoc as required)
- You\’ll commit to attending the office in Uxbridge 5 days a week
