The position will play a key role partnering and collaborating across the transformation workstreams which focus on a large-scale transformation program integrating an acquisition into the Zurich Cover-More business. You will support Zurich Cover-More Compliance by collaborating with business management to promote integrity, a culture of compliance, and ethical conduct across the organization. In this role, you will help identify and manage compliance risks, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Operating in a fast-paced, content-driven environment, this role covers all aspects of the Zurich Cover-More Group, including integration, strategy, and operations. You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with subject matter experts while playing a key role in navigating the increasingly complex compliance risk landscape.

So, what’s the job?

• You’ll provide integral compliance support across the integration team to support an acquired business into the Zurich Cover-More Group within the EMEA region. This will include, but not limited to, the transfer of insurance business as it renews.
• You’ll partner with the Head of Risk & Compliance Europe to implement Zurich Group compliance frameworks across Zurich Cover-More Europe, ensuring alignment with group standards and regulatory expectations.
• You’ll facilitate compliance risk assessments, proactively identifying, assessing, and managing risks through appropriate frameworks, training, and controls.
• You’ll collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the maintenance and strengthening of the compliance control framework to mitigate risks across the Zurich Cover-More Europe organization.
• You’ll triage and assess compliance incidents and breaches, and monitor actions related to managing incidents and findings.

And what are we looking for?

• You’ll have solid proven experience in financial services and regulatory compliance in Europe, ideally with an understanding of the insurance industry.
• You’ll be educated to degree level.
• You’ll have experience of working in an international environment with cross-border business.
• You’ll be analytical, with the ability to deliver effective management information and reporting.
• You’ll be experienced in working within large transformation projects (M&A integration would be advantageous).
