What’s the job?

  • You’ll lead our regional Talent Acquisition team, driving recruitment efforts across EMEA to meet evolving organisational needs.
  • You’ll manage the team while also managingyour own recruitment portfolio, balancing leadership with hands-on recruiting.
  • You’ll collaborate with hiring managers to develop and execute national and international recruitment strategies that attract top-tier talent.
  • You’ll deliver an exceptional recruitment experience for hiring managers, internal stakeholders, and candidates alike.
  • You’ll act as a trusted advisor by providing regular reporting, sharing market insights, and promoting recruitment best practices.
  • You’ll continuously improve recruitment processes across the region, introducing innovative strategies to source and engage future talent.
  • You’ll support the Global Talent Acquisition Lead in aligning and integrating recruitment processes across two businesses following a recent acquisition.
  • You’ll take ownership of key recruitment projects, driving them forward as needed.
  • You’ll collaborate with the global Talent Acquisition team, providingsupport across other regions as required, and contributing to shared success.

What are we looking for?

  • You’ll have prior experience managing full-cycle recruitment, with experience in a regional role.
  • You’ll have experience leading a recruitment team, ideally within a multi-location or hybrid work environment, while also balancing your own recruitment portfolio.
  • You’ll be confident working with senior stakeholders and adept at navigating complex organisational dynamics.
  • You’ll bring a data-driven approach, capable of developing and analysing recruitment metrics and making informed decisions, with experience using tools like Power BI or Excel.
  • You’ll have a passion for leveraging existing and emerging technologies to enhance recruitment strategies.
  • You’ll thrive in an autonomous role, making confident, independent decisions without the need for direct oversight.
  • Prior experience leading a Talent Acquisition team through a period of change would be advantageous.
  • You’ll be available for a 9-month contract role.
