As a UX Designer on our Technical Marketing team, you’ll create immersive industry-specific experiences that showcase the power of Coveo through compelling storytelling, memorable brands, and polished applications.
Working alongside product marketers, sales teams, and R&D experts, you’ll combine creativity and technical expertise to build memorable experiences that inspire prospects, customers, and partners. From interactive prototypes to front-end implementations, your work will help tell Coveo’s story through design.
As our UX/UI Designer, Technical Marketing, you will:
- Design engaging demos, prototypes, and user experiences that showcase Coveo’s platform capabilities.
- Create visual assets such as diagrams, interactive explainers, and one-pagers that make complex concepts easy to understand.
- Develop polished user interfaces and front-end experiences aligned with Coveo’s brand and product vision.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and R&D teams to create impactful customer-facing experiences.
- Build reusable design systems, templates, and assets that can be leveraged across Marketing and Sales initiatives.
- Promote new product capabilities through compelling visual storytelling and interactive experiences.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing digital experiences, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership from concept through implementation.
- Advanced proficiency with Figma for user experience design, prototyping, visual design, and design system creation.
- Strong front-end development skills, including HTML, CSS, SASS, and modern styling frameworks such as Tailwind CSS.
- Ability to combine user experience design, visual storytelling, and technical implementation to create polished and engaging digital experiences.

- Experience working in consulting, professional services, agencies, or other fast-paced environments where projects and priorities evolve quickly.
- Experience designing experiences for B2B software, commerce, manufacturing, financial services, or other complex enterprise environments.
