As one of our Technical Project Managers, you will:
- Lead the implementation of Coveo's platform by defining project scope, objectives, milestones, and success criteria.
- Act as the primary delivery lead and trusted advisor for customer stakeholders, driving alignment, decision‑making, and accountability throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Coordinate customer stakeholders, internal experts, and project resources while managing expectations throughout the engagement.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, proactively tracking budgets, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Manage project changes, assess impacts, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays and risks.
- Communicate project progress regularly to customers and internal stakeholders through status reports, governance meetings, and executive updates.

- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, organizational, and communication skills in complex customer‑facing environments.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with developers, architects, business stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
