Design products that shape how users experience AI-powered technology. As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll have the space to own key product areas, lead discovery and design efforts, and collaborate closely with talented PMs, engineers, and other designers who genuinely care about outcomes. You’ll be part of a growing design team that believes in autonomy, collaboration and user-centricity. You’ll work on meaningful projects where design directly influences product direction, not just polish screens. The work is both strategic and hands-on, and your voice matters.
As one of our Senior Product Designers, you will:
- Lead discovery, research, ideation, prototyping, and experience design initiatives within a cross-functional product team.
- Partner closely with product managers and developers to deeply understand customer and business challenges and transform insights into impactful solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, customer interviews, and collaborative design sessions using and evolving the team’s Design Playbook.
- Advocate for user-centered design practices throughout product discovery and delivery processes.
- Leverage artificial intelligence (AI) and large language model (LLM)-based technologies to accelerate discovery, collaboration, and design workflows.
- Collaborate with other designers through regular design critiques, feedback sessions, and shared initiatives to ensure consistency and quality across experiences.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
- You have more than 5 years of experience designing digital products across the full product lifecycle, from discovery to post-launch optimization.
- You are experienced in leading user research initiatives and transforming customer insights into actionable product decisions.
- You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and independently leading workshops, brainstorming sessions, and cross-functional collaboration activities.
- You have strong storytelling and communication skills, allowing you to clearly explain design decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.
- You value direct customer engagement and are willing to travel up to 10% of the time, leading in-person discovery and turning those interactions into actionable insight.
What would make you stand out:
- Experience using AI- and LLM-assisted tools to accelerate research, prototyping, systems thinking, or collaboration workflows.
- Experience contributing to and evolving design systems at scale while improving consistency and reducing user experience debt.
- Strong experience collaborating closely with product development teams in agile environments.
- Experience working directly with strategic customers and leading in-person discovery sessions.
