CU Health and Care Limited (CUHC), AHP Physiotherapy is seeking a Lecturer (Teaching) in Physiotherapy. The role is permanent and full-time, with a competitive starting salary range from £38,781 up to £44,093 per annum, depending on experience.

The Role: As a Lecturer (Teaching) in Physiotherapy, you will undertake teaching and course co-ordination, focusing on developing new and innovative academic practices and learning opportunities in collaboration with partners across England. You will support the development and delivery of undergraduate, postgraduate, and professional programmes, ensuring learners have an effective learning experience.
Duties include:
- Lead the curation, adaptation, design, and development of module and course teaching materials including curriculum development.
- Development of teaching and learning in collaboration with course teams.
- Contributing to the effective delivery of BSc and MSc provision including course leadership.
- Partnership working with NHS, Statutory and Independent Providers.
Qualifications Required:
- Master's degree in an appropriate subject or Honours Degree with appropriate professional qualification and/or membership.
- HCPC registrant as a Physiotherapist.
- A teaching qualification or acceptance of the requirement to acquire one.
- Active membership of an appropriate professional body.
Our Successful Candidate: You will have demonstrable experience of successful teaching at higher education levels 4-7 in Physiotherapy, with high standards of teaching, learning, and student engagement. You will be enthusiastic and self-motivated, with experience in supporting and enhancing 'active learning' pedagogy. Experience and awareness of learners' cultural differences and expectations, along with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people, are essential. Innovation and collaboration are key to our success, requiring the ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
