The Team Leader for the YBM Project will have responsibility for the day to day running of the service with the support of the Service Manager.

The Team Leader will promote, manage, develop and deliver culturally sensitive mental health and emotional wellbeing support to young Black males across Coventry and Warwickshire.

You will be expected to be able to engage with our clients in a manner that is respectful, meaningful and beyond engagement, in order to create a legacy where real change is possible.
