Coventry, Warwickshire and Worcestershire Mind is seeking a Recovery Enablement Worker to provide practical and emotional support in our 24‑hour residential units in Coventry. The role focuses on empowerment, wellbeing and independence, with duties including:
- Risk assessments
- Tenancy support
- Coordination of steps toward greater independence
You will work across our three residential units, delivering person-centred care and collaborating with the benefits advice team and external agencies.
