The Role We are recruiting a People Partner to join our busy Partnering Team. This role will drive the people strategy across the business, specifically focusing on the design and delivery of business objectives through change management, employee engagement, talent planning, managing complex ER cases and project work. As part of the role, you will establish impactful working relationships with management teams, to provide challenge, advice and support. You’ll take a lead in organisational and people problem solving, coaching, influencing and supporting them in addressing sensitive and often complex issues, ensuring effective resolution. You’ll line manage a People Advisor and People Assistant, providing guidance, support, and stretch to enable them to contribute meaningfully to the people strategy. You will act as People Lead on change initiatives within your business area, from proposal development, through the process, to embedding of the new approach. This role is fixed term for 12 Months.
Our Successful Candidate We are looking for a highly enthusiastic and autonomous professional, you will thrive in our team if you are passionate about the transformative power of education - regardless of your previous sector experience. Ideally educated to degree level, CIPD qualified or possessing equivalent experience, you bring a strong background in HR partnering or are an experienced HR Adviser ready for your next challenge. You are a confident and inspiring people professional with a genuine passion for developing others, backed by excellent communication and coaching skills. Your ability to build authentic, trust-based relationships across all levels sets you apart. You are comfortable switching between strategic thinking and operational delivery, bringing creativity and agility to meet evolving business needs. With strong analytical and data management skills, you are fast, resilient, and courageous in constructively challenging the status quo to drive meaningful change.
