Coventry Phoenix American Football Club is on the rise, and we’re looking for a Ticketing Manager (Volunteer) to help take our home game atmosphere to the next level. We currently welcome 200–250 fans per game, and our goal is bold but achievable: 2–3x that crowd. If you’re creative, community-minded, and excited by the challenge of growing a live sports audience, this could be the perfect role for you.
As our Ticketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for helping us develop new avenues for selling tickets and increasing attendance at Coventry Phoenix home games. This is a strategic and creative role where your ideas genuinely matter.
Key responsibilities include:
- Exploring and developing new ticket sales channels
- Creating ideas to attract new fans and groups to games
- Working with the club to promote home games within the local community
- Supporting ticketing activity on game days during the season
You’ll have freedom to experiment, test ideas, and make a real impact on matchday culture at Butts Park Arena.
