We are now seeking a Head of Youth Football Operations (Volunteer) to lead, shape, and grow our youth and junior pathway. This is a strategic leadership role focused on developing sustainable youth programmes that connect local communities to American Football and create a clear pathway into Coventry Phoenix senior teams.
The Role
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and growth of youth American Football activity within the club.
- Work closely with club leadership, coaches, volunteers, schools, and community partners.
- Develop and oversee Coventry Phoenix youth and junior programmes.
- Support the recruitment and coordination of youth coaches and volunteers.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, and community organisations.
- Create clear pathways from youth participation into senior football.
- Ensure safeguarding, welfare, and best practice standards are upheld.
- Support game days, events, and youth-focused initiatives where required.
