About the role: The Servicing Specialist, Portfolio Services assists with the ongoing servicing of life insurance policies that are sold in the secondary market. As a Servicing Specialist, you will act as a liaison between the policyowners and life insurance companies.
- Communicate with life insurance carriers to obtain policy information.
- Facilitate the sale of life insurance policies.
- Obtain important value-related policy information on a periodic basis.
- Review and process key carrier written communication.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate required.
- Extraordinary attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with others.
