The Diocese of Coventry Multi Academy Trust is seeking a new Chair and two Non-Executive Directors to help shape the future of its 22 Church of England academies. Together, pursuing life in all its fullness underpins the Trust’s commitment to providing safe, inclusive environments where pupils can learn, achieve and thrive.
The Chair will provide strategic leadership to the Board, working closely with the CEO to ensure strong governance, accountability and delivery of the Christian mission. The NEDs strengthen Board expertise and might bring skills in education, HR, cyber security, sustainability, finance or risk.
All candidates should be committed to the Trust’s Christian ethos and values.
