We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Lecturer to join our team, delivering high-quality teaching, learning and assessment to support our learners in achieving their full potential. You'll play a key role in designing and delivering engaging, inclusive lessons that meet curriculum standards and reflect industry needs.

As a Lecturer at Coventry College, you'll contribute to curriculum development, provide academic and pastoral support to learners, and work closely with colleagues and external partners to ensure an outstanding learning experience. Requirements

  • Must-Have:
    • Hold a teaching qualification or be willing to work towards one
    • Hold a minimum Level 2-4 in Mechanical Engineering or related qualification
    • Evidence of continuing professional development
    • Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English
    • Hold a IQA or equivalent
  • Nice-to-Have:
    • Experience of working in a Mechanical Engineering environment
    • Evidence of effective tracking and monitoring of a wide range of students on a range of different programmes
    • Experience of teaching manufacturing engineering to a range of learners
