About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and professional individual to join our team in a key business support role. You will play an important part in helping the College run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall learner and staff experience. Whether supporting students, staff, systems, or services, you’ll bring a positive approach and a strong focus on customer service, teamwork, and attention to detail. Requirements

  • Three year apprenticeship in Plumbing or mechanical engineering NVQ Level 2 Plumbing or BTEC, ONC in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Recognised and registered CITB or EITB.
  • Good general education – GCSE of Maths & English at grade 4‑9 (formerly C‑A), or equivalent.

Nice‑to‑Have

  • Worked in a similar role and have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
  • Experience of implementing Health and Safety policies/procedures and checks.
