We are looking for a motivated and professional individual to join our team in a key business support role. You will play an important part in helping the College run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall learner and staff experience. The College is looking to appoint a part-time Student Recruitment Advisor with additional Receptionist Duties who will be responsible for providing an efficient and welcoming reception service for students, staff and visitors to the College. You will also be required to operate the College's switchboard, postal services and to assist with other clerical duties. This role is front of house, particularly during the mornings, supporting enquiries and general visitor traffic. Activity may reduce in the afternoons, allowing the focus to shift to student recruitment duties. Hours are Monday & Tuesday 9.30am - 5.00pm, Wednesday 8.30am - 5.00pm.

Responsibilities
- Provide an efficient and welcoming reception service for students, staff and visitors
- Operate the College switchboard
- Manage postal services and assist with other clerical duties
- Front of house duties, particularly during the mornings, to support enquiries and general visitor traffic
- Support student recruitment duties in the afternoons
Requirements
- Minimum of Level 2 qualification, or equivalent competency, in Communication/Literacy and Numeracy/Maths or willingness to achieve in a specified timescale
- Experience of dealing with people in a customer facing environment
- Experience of reception and/or clerical experience
- Knowledge of computer systems
