The Role
We are looking for a motivated and professional individual to join our team in a key business support role. You will play an important part in helping the College run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall learner and staff experience. You will provide a welcoming reception service for students, staff and visitors, operate the College switchboard and postal services, and assist with clerical duties. You must have experience in customer-facing roles and, ideally, reception, switchboard and/or clerical experience.

Requirements
- Must-Have: Minimum of Level 2 qualification, or equivalent in Communication/Literacy and Numeracy/Maths, or willingness to achieve in a specified timescale
- Experience in a customer-facing environment
- Experience of reception and/or clerical work
- Knowledge of computer systems
