About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Lecturer to join our team, delivering high-quality teaching, learning and assessment to support our learners in achieving their full potential. You'll play a key role in designing and delivering engaging, inclusive lessons that meet curriculum standards and reflect industry needs. You must be able to demonstrate a real enthusiasm for teaching with an ability to motivate and inspire learners to succeed.

Requirements

  • Relevant teaching qualification or be willing to work towards
  • Evidence of continuing professional development
  • Minimum of Level 2 qualification, or equivalent competency, in Numeracy/Maths and English, or willingness to achieve in a specified timescale
  • Teaching experience in a relevant subject area
  • Application of quality improvement and assurance processes, including internal verification
  • Successful course and curriculum development
  • Experience in improving learner outcomes and quality of education
