As a HR Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in supporting both HR and Payroll functions, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across the employee lifecycle. You’ll provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team, maintain accurate staff records, assist with recruitment and onboarding, and help coordinate payroll changes and absence management. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive approach to HR and payroll administration.

Requirements
- Must-Have:
- Business Administration Qualification
- Level 2 in English & Maths
- Experience providing generalist HR administrative support
- Experience of using CINTRA or comparable HR & Payroll systems
- Nice-to-Have:
- Experience within an Education HR Function
- Experience of supporting the delivery of training sessions
- Knowledge of employment law
