Coventry College is recruiting a Senior Careers Advisor to lead the College's Careers strategy, working with learners to support progression after study. You will be the first point of contact for careers guidance and provide effective line management to the Careers Advisor(s), reporting to the Head of Employer Engagement & Careers.
This role involves coordinating careers events, embedding Gatsby-aligned career education across the curriculum, and building strong relationships with curriculum.
