Coventry City Council is seeking an experienced Inclusion Lead to join Coundon Primary School for a one-year maternity cover. The role goes beyond a standard SENCo, taking strategic responsibility for SEND and Inclusion across the whole school to ensure every pupil can access, participate and thrive.
You will work with the Headteacher and SLT to drive high-quality teaching, lead the Inclusion team, and strengthen adaptive teaching and inclusive practice, while meeting safeguarding requirements.
